Katrina McVeigh

Mrs. McVeigh is an established management professional who brings to Genesys a proven track record in project management in the e-learning and non-profit sectors. She consistently delivers award-winning training and implementation support programs to clients on time and on budget. As a former Senior Client Services Project Manager, Mrs. McVeigh has developed highly interactive learning experiences for clients such as United Airlines, Siemens, Joint Commissions Resources, the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, Organizational Dynamics, and the U.S. Navy. She exceeds client expectations by thoroughly understanding their key business needs and initiatives, while guiding the project teams to produce solutions that meet those needs. The products' compelling, cohesive pedagogy has helped her clients to successfully implement critical business initiatives.

Mrs. McVeigh has also developed and managed Web projects for ArtsEdNet which is the educational website of the J. Paul Getty Trust.

Mrs. McVeigh holds a Master of Arts degree in Art History from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History and Education from the University of California, San Diego.
