John Mumford

Senior Advisor

Mr. John Mumford brings to the Genesys team over 40 years of experience in consulting, management, and administration in positions of high responsibility in ndustry, the military, and in the Federal government.

Managing Director of The Washington Group Consultants LLC for more than 20 years, Mr. Mumford has assisted numerous large corporate, not-for-profit, and governmental agencies around the world in the development and execution of a broad-range of business initiatives, including all phases of human resource and organization development, training development, finance, market research, marketing, production, new technologies, compensation, benefits, staffing and manpower planning, and strategic planning.

Previously, Mr. Mumford served as Senior Professional at Louis B. Kramp & Associates, President of National Commercial Credit Corporation, and Project Administrator for the construction of Walt Disney World in Florida.

Mr. Mumford’s distinguished record of public service includes contributions as Associate Research Fellow at the National War College, Deputy Assistant ecretary for Employment Standards, Consultant and Special Assistant to the Secretary: US Department of Labor, White House Fellow, and Major in the US Army Corps of Engineers.

Mr. Mumford earned a Master of Business Administration from harvard Graduate School of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
