Among the contract deliverables, based on the analyses of the 2006 and 2007 Alignment/Execution Studies, Genesys will present a re-aggregation of the data into groupings which will inform the various Strike Groups of the changes between analysis of the 2006 and 2007 applications of Genesys’ Alignment and SCORE™ models in their ability to execute key initiates, identification of areas of best practices and areas where additional focus will be required to continue to create and sustain alignment and increase the acceleration of the ability to execute.
During an onsite visit to the Norfolk, VA Naval Station in early January 2008 and at the invitation of VADM Chanik, Dr. George B. Weathersby will present the results of the 2006 and 2007 Alignment/Execution Studies to Admiral Jonathan Greenert, Commander Fleet Forces Command.
Additionally, the Genesys Team will deliver multi-day tailored training sessions to various Second Fleet leadership teams on the effective use of the reporting tool to enable its maximum utilization through individuals’ use to drive the interpretation of the analysis throughout the organization.
